What Bullr Is

Bullr is a stock market simulation game. No real money is involved. No real trades are executed. All portfolio values and virtual currency within the app have zero real-world monetary value. Bullr is not a financial service, broker, or investment advisor.

Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the app experience:

• Phone number: Used for account authentication via one-time password (OTP). We do not use your phone number for marketing.
• Display name & avatar: Chosen by you for your in-app profile and leaderboard.
• App usage data: Virtual trades, watchlist, swipe activity, and portfolio data — all simulated, not real financial data.
• Device information: Device type, OS version, and app version for crash reporting and compatibility.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and provide app functionality
• To display your profile on leaderboards
• To send push notifications (market bell, portfolio updates) if you opt in
• To improve the app experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Bullr uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication (stores your account data securely)
• Twilio: Sends OTP verification SMS messages
• Yahoo Finance API: Provides real-time stock market data for simulation purposes
• Google News RSS: Provides market news articles
• Expo/EAS: App build and push notification delivery

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers with row-level security policies. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

Data Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Bullr is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

• Bullr does not execute real trades on any stock exchange
• Performance in Bullr does not indicate or guarantee future real-world investment results

Nothing in Bullr constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice. The app is designed for educational and entertainment purposes. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making real investment decisions.

Market Data

Stock prices and market data shown in Bullr are sourced from publicly available APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Data may be delayed or differ from actual exchange prices.

User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to manipulate leaderboards or exploit bugs
• Not impersonate other users

Intellectual Property

The Bullr name, logo, and app design are the property of Aum Labs. Stock data is sourced from third-party providers and remains their property.

Limitation of Liability

Bullr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information displayed in the app. Since no real money is involved, there is no financial liability.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
